The Barong is a traditional Balinese carving based on the barongs that are found in every village, banjar (community) and most home temples in Bali. The Barong is belived to offer protection to those who revere it and is also rumored to keep evil spirits at bay. This Barong is in the private collection of Ms N Pruder.
